I recently stayed at Hotel Luxxor, and while the location is truly fantastic-right in the center of Sao Paulo-the experience was quite disappointing overall. There were several issues with communication and cleanliness that took away from my stay.

The Deluxe Apartment had dirty towels, a pizza box left on the table, and unmade beds with ants coming out of a sugar bowl. It took a while for housekeeping to respond with clean linens and towels.
