I recently stayed at Hotel Luxxor, and while the location is truly fantastic—right in the center of São Paulo—the experience was quite disappointing overall. There were several issues with communication and cleanliness that took away from my stay.

The Deluxe Apartment had dirty towels, a pizza box left on the table, and unmade beds with ants coming out of a sugar bowl. It took a while for housekeeping to respond with clean linens and towels.
